Automation Squad is an AI automation agency and product studio in Charlotte, North Carolina. We build the plumbing behind AI at work: custom MCP servers that connect an AI assistant to the systems a company already runs on, connectors between the tools it already pays for, packaged agent skills, and end-to-end process automations covering intake, reporting and follow-up. Founder Robert MacKelfresh has spent 25 years across programming, marketing, ecommerce and automation, and every automation we sell runs in our own businesses before it ships to a client.
